This request sought correspondence between Frank Fina, Barry Feudale and investigators working for Louis J. Freeh. The DA's office contends that it didn't have any responsive records at the time of the request. Because it didn't prove that the records don't exist, the Office of Open Records order the DA's office to release the records. A mandamus action was filed, seeking to enforce the OOR's order.
